Sasan Momeni - President and Chairman of the Board
Sasan is one of the founders of RADMAN consulting company and the president of the company. He started his activities from 1991 in consulting engineering industry and continued his career in various industries like cable and machinery industry, power industry and educational technology sector with both private and state companies in Iran. He provides strategic plan, business plan and marketing plan for various sectors, and has expertise in human resource management. He has the experience of speaking in conferences like Human Development conference and seminars/workshops for various companies. Sasan started his academic studies from Tehran University in 1987 where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering. Then he continued his Master of Science in the same major in University of Mazandaran. Sasan holds Master in Business Administration (MBA) degree in executive management from Royal Roads University (Canada). He also holds the following certifications: BEC (Business English Certification) from Cambridge University, ZD (for German Language diploma) from cultural association of Austrian embassy in Tehran and Sales Engineering Course from Industrial Management Institute.
 

 Shabnam Tabatabaeenejad - Vice Chairman and Marketing Director
Shabnam has been working in the IT industry for more than 10 years in different technical and managerial positions. In a highly competitive IT market, she set up and grew two successful companies in IT service providing. This has given her the unique expertise in strategic thinking, leadership, service excellence, marketing, human resource management, and customer relationship management. Shabnam has worked as a management consultant providing some training courses for critical thinking, team working and communication skills. She holds BS in Electronic engineering and MBA degree in Executive Management and is a member of Iran management Consultants Association and Iranian Academy of Management Sciences.
 

 Lili Molavi - Business Development Director
Lili is a co-founder and Business Development Director of RADMAN consulting Group, specially in the multinational sector. Lili has more than 12 years of experience in Canada and Iran, managing consulting and training projects in areas of Strategic Management, HR and IT. She has also held specialized training workshops for "Increasing Performance", "Improving Communication" in collaboration with a Canadian company "Results Performance Management". Her recent projects were with Shell, Schneider, DHL, Ericsson, and Sharif University Alumni Association. Lili holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in Executive Management from the University of Royal Roads in Canada and also earned a Chancellor's Award for the highest academic performance.
 

 Ali Hariri - Project Director
Ali, a co-founder of the company, is active as RADMAN's Project Director. He has worked as a managerial consultant, with more than 14 years of experience in areas such as Marketing, Human Resources, Business Development and IT. Ali has managed several consulting projects in Iran during the last couple of years. He consulted a leading IT company in public sector to identify training needs and tools, and developed a training strategic plan. He has also conducted workshops for several organizations such as: SHELL, Schneider, Sanofi Aventis, Mapna, Water Resource Management of Iran, NIORDC, and System Group. Ali holds MBA in Executive management from Royal Roads University of Canada and Bachelor of Science degree in computer engineering. He is also certified in Sales Engineering from Industrial Management Institute in Tehran.
 

 Farshad Naderi - Sales Director
Farshad has more than 10 years experience in manufacturing industry, launching new products and establishing management standards. For more than three years, he was a core member in management of the supply chain for a large manufacturing company. He has experience in supplier assessments, effective domestic and international purchasing processes, and contract negotiations, specializing in budgeting, planning, and cost cutting. Farshad holds a Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering and a MBA in Executive Management. Also, he is instructor of marketing and communications skill for several years.
   

 Amin Asadi - eLearning Manager
Amin has three years of experience in IT and management consulting. He has been active as a software programmer and system analyst. One of his important projects was as a software analyst for Commerce Ministry's portal. He has a B.S. in Computer Science from Amir Kabir University and is currently finishing his MBA from the Sharif University. He is also acting as a consultant in RADMAN.
